"Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can. Point out to them how the nominal winner is often a real loser - in fees,
expenses, and waste of time. As a peacemaker the
lawyer has a superior opportunity of being a good man. There will still be business enough."

My Philosophy of Legal Practice
An attorney who is highly skilled at litigation --- and is not afraid to use those skills --- negotiates from a position of strength.
Over the twenty six years I have been working in the courts in a wide and varied range of civil and criminal cases, I have matured as a litigator. While I never hesitate to advance a matter to trial where necessary, I am committed to the process of negotiation and dispute resolution. My focus is to achieve the most favorable settlement for my client at the least possible expense. I value the trust my clients place in me and offer in exchange my integrity, commitment and the very best of my abilities.
